Dealers Den Application
The Application
To be considered for Dealer’s Den, you must submit your application below. It is NOT first come, first serve, and will be open for 2 weeks. Please take your time to fill the application thoroughly.
Applications will close on the 20th of October, We aim to finish curation and send out responses to all applicants within 4 weeks after applications close.
Please make sure to read all information on this site before applying.
  • All items and services offered must comply with Norwegian law.
  • NSFW items must be properly marked and (bits) covered up upon display.
  • AI art is not permitted.
  • Food and drink items are not permitted to sell.
  • We encourage vendors to prioritize their original work while ensuring a balanced mix of content. Sale of fanart, non-furry or secondhand items is permitted as long as it constitutes under 50% of total merchandise for sale on your table.
  • You cannot bother your neighbours or attendees with loud sounds/music or strong scents.
  • In case of disagreements, the Dealer’s Den team/lead always has final say.

Assistants

You are allowed one (1) assistant for your table. This person needs to have their own ticket for the event, and be registered as your assistant in the application.

Hours

Please note PawskeParty is a SINGLE DAY EVENT, and will only happen on the 3rd of April 2026.
An exact schedule, including setup and teardown times, will be announced later. We will have a Telegram group available for all vendors for internal communication, including lead.
We plan on having the Dealer’s Den open for 6 hours, exact time will be published later on.
There will not be a lunch break during the opening hours, but vendors are free to bring snacks and drinks in closed containers to enjoy at their tables. Non-vendor attendees will not be allowed to bring food or drinks into the Dealer’s Den.

Power

We will do our best to make sure you have access to power, however you may have to share power outlets with other vendors. We do encourage you to bring your own power strip, as well as lights and batteries to illuminate your own table.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your dealership, please let us know immediately at pawskeparty+DD@gmail.com. If your table is cancelled, we will offer it to the next available vendor on the waiting list.

Waiting list

If you qualify for the Dealer’s Den but aren’t offered a table, we will put you on the waiting list. Should a spot open up and you are next in line on the waiting list, you will be contacted per email. If you do not respond within the given time limit in the email, the spot will be offered to the next person in line.

Communication between dealers and lead

All communication will happen in our Telegram group, which you will be invited to upon acceptance to the Dealer’s Den.
For sensitive questions, you may message the lead privately.
